Kalamata & Green Olives
Cured slowly, bright with brine — from groves a short drive down the coast.
A small family shop by the beach in Anaxos, running since the 1990s. Olive oil, cheese, wine, ouzo and the everyday things people forget to pack — fifty metres from the sand, with free parking at the door.

A handful of local favourites we carry year-round. Ask us and we'll tell you where each one comes from.

Cured slowly, bright with brine — from groves a short drive down the coast.

Oregano, thyme and mountain tea, dried in the hills above the village.

Small-batch spirits from island distillers.

Thick and tangy, from local shepherds.
In his twenties, Stratos opened a corner shop in Anaxos with a single idea: stock what he'd serve at his own table. Three decades on, it's still family-run, still on the same street, still buying from the same suppliers.
People come back summer after summer for the Lesvos honey, the sheep's-milk yoghurt, the PDO Ladotyri and the local olive oil.
There's also wine from the mainland, ouzo and tsipouro from island distilleries, and retsina for the long lunches.
Family owned & run, every day, for more than thirty years.
Fifty metres from the sea. The door's open every day, wet feet welcome.
